By accessing this website (digix99.com) or engaging Digix99 (“Agency,” “We,” “Us”) for services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Project Definition: The specific services (Website Development, SEO, PPC, etc.) will be detailed in a separate Scope of Work (SOW) or Proposal document agreed upon by both parties.
Changes to Scope: Any requests outside the original SOW will be treated as scope creep and may incur additional charges, subject to prior approval.
Development Projects: Typically require a deposit (e.g., 50%) to begin, with the remaining balance due upon completion or launch.
Monthly Retainers (SEO/SMM): Fees are billed monthly in advance.
Late Payments: Invoices unpaid after 7 days may result in service suspension.
Refund Policy: Fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
To keep projects on schedule, the Client agrees to:
Provide required access (hosting, domain, social accounts) on time.
Submit content (text, images, logos) within agreed timelines.
Review and approve deliverables within 3 business days.
Note: Digix99 is not responsible for delays caused by missing assets or feedback.
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client owns the final project deliverables created specifically for them.
Agency Rights: Digix99 may showcase the work in portfolios and retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, or background code.
No Ranking Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic numbers, as search engines operate independently.
Ad Spend: PPC budgets are paid directly to platforms. Digix99 is not liable for ad rejections or account issues caused by client practices.
We may recommend third-party tools or services. Digix99 is not responsible for issues arising from these external providers.
Digix99 shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
By Client: Monthly services may be terminated with 30 days’ written notice.
By Agency: We may terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or abusive behavior.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
